Stephen Gage is a civil engineer and project manager specializing in infrastructure design for transportation projects including streets and highways, transit, airports, and bicycle and pedestrian projects. Steve graduated from CWRU in 2004 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and he has a Master’s of Urban Planning from CSU in 2011. Steve is a Supervising Civil Engineer for WSP in Cleveland, Ohio and is WSP’s Ohio Project Operations Manager. Steve has previously served on ASHE Lake Erie’s Board of Directors (four years) and he is in his second term as ASHE Lake Erie’s Treasurer.
Rachael Weiss grew up in Strongsville, Ohio and attended the University of Toledo for her undergraduate degree in civil engineering. While attending school she was very involved in her sorority, Phi Sigma Rho, holding various officer and committee positions and volunteering in the community. After graduation she was hired at HDR where she currently works as a Roadway EIT. Shortly after starting at HDR she began attending ASHE and WTS events and got involved with the HDR Young Professional Group. Currently she holds positions with ASHE (2018 ASHE Conference Publicity Committee Chairperson), WTS, and HDR Young Professional Group. Rachael resides in Fairview Park and is busy planning her 2018 wedding while still finding time to attend Cleveland sporting events (Indians are her favorite).
